Delivery and returns

Our website is only for UK based customers, if you would like to order from outside of the UK please get in touch at rupert@rupertblamire.com

Delivery is £5.50

Free delivery for orders over £100.

We will aim to dispatch your order on the same day for orders received before 13:00.

If you wish to visit and purchase pieces directly from our workshop here in Bristol, don't order on the website! Just give us a call on 0117 939 3914 to arrange a visit.

At busy times and as we are only a small pottery we occasionally sell out of certain items. We will of course inform you if there is to be any delay with your order.

If you are ordering for a birthday present or gift and time is of the essence, do feel free to check availability with us via email or telephone. We are always happy to help!

Returns

If you are unhappy with your ceramics, please get in touch via email at rupert@rupertblamire.com and we can arrange a refund or exchange.
